The LTA Workforce Development Centres (WDCs) are partner training organisations that inspire the current and future workforce to deliver world class coaching and competition in tennis and padel.

We aim to engage coaches and officials with world class development and support opportunities so they can achieve their own potential and deliver enjoyable and inspirational on court experiences. We share the LTA's vision of opening tennis up and transforming communities through tennis and padel.

Rocket Padel WDC delivers quality qualification and continuous professional opportunities in coaching and officiating across tennis and padel, offering LTA Qualifications for tennis at Assistant (Level 1), Instructor (Level 2) and Coach (Level 3) Award, as well as the LTA Padel Instructor. We offer a broad range of CPD courses for both tennis and padel, as well as bespoke Rocket Padel workshops, where we engage with industry experts to deliver CPD to support coaches with their on and off court development.

We offer courses and training across Avon, Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Gloucestershire, Somerset and Wiltshire and, by 2026, our offer will grow to include Referee and Officials training, LTA Padel Coach (Level 3) qualification and Introduction to Pickleball.
